Other Important Information
1.The proofs that you view may only be partially edited .
2. 7% Indiana sales tax will be added to all orders.
3. Prices are subject to change at any time- but are GAURANTEED at
the time of YOUR booking.
4.All final prints are textured with a pebble finish as part of their
standard professional finishing, no exceptions.
5.Custom photography is very labor and time intense. All portraits
are individually developed by me in my digital darkroom.
Because of this , your portraits will be ready to be viewed in
approximately 3 weeks from your portrait session.
6.Archiving Policy- All unordered images will be
purged from the system 60 days after your ordering and viewing appointment. All ordered images are kept for 1 year and will then
be purged from the system.
7.Creative License- The final delivery of images to client are
selected at Intimates by Janet Lynn Photography's discretion.
Janet Lynn Photography reserves the right to release only the
images deemed within the studio's standards.
8.Full payment is due at the time of order and are considered
final and non-refundable
9. The Session fee is non-refundable, but is transferable. Session fee
is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
10. Galleries will be active for 7 days for you to place your order.
Any extensions are $25.00 per week to keep the gallery active.
In special situations, one extra week will be given at no extra cost.
